Property Manager

Centre Point Recruitment are partnered with a highly successful multi-branch estate agency, who are looking to hire a Property Manager to join their branch in Slough.

Duties:
Overseeing the day to management of a portfolio of local residential properties Corresponding with contractors, obtaining quotes, and coordinating necessary work Addressing queries from landlords and tenants verbally and in writing Managing and resolving rent arrears with clear communication to landlords and tenants Maintaining and updating legal knowledge, including understanding of relevant Landlord and Tenant Act and Legal Notices Overseeing the tenancy renewal and end-of-tenancy processes Requirements:
Minimum of one year of specific property management experience Strong verbal communication skills Proficiency in written communication and numerical skills for producing concise correspondence and reports Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Word and Excel Dedication to providing exceptional customer service Full driving license Salary: up to £30,000
Hours: 9am-5pm (Mon-Fri)
