Key Responsibilities: - Take the lead on a complex and varied caseload of property litigation matters, including high-value landlord and tenant disputes, development conflicts, property-related contractual issues, and rights of light cases.
- Provide strategic and commercially focused legal advice to a diverse range of clients, including commercial landlords, tenants, developers, and real estate investors.
- Draft and review intricate legal documents, including pleadings, witness statements, expert reports, and settlement agreements.
- Conduct thorough legal research and develop robust case strategies to effectively resolve disputes.
- Advocate for clients in court proceedings, mediations, arbitrations, and other dispute resolution forums.
- Mentor and supervise junior associates, providing guidance and support to foster their professional development.
- Work closely with partners and colleagues across various practice areas to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
- Engage in business development activities to enhance client relationships and contribute to the growth of the property litigation practice.

Required Qualifications and Skills: - Qualified solicitor with 5-7 years PQE in property litigation.
