It works closely with clients at all stages of the development process, offering innovative solutions to achieve successful outcomes.The RoleThe firm is seeking an experienced and motivated Property Development Solicitor to join its exceptional team.
In this role, you will work on a wide variety of high-profile and complex development projects, providing strategic legal advice to ensure the smooth delivery of our clients' objectives.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdvising developers and landowners on strategic land acquisitions, disposals and related agreementsProviding legal advice on collaboration, consortium and promotion agreements, as well as conditional and unconditional transactionsAssisting clients with site assembly and structuring deals to include overage, clawback and indexation paymentsAdvising on planning and infrastructure agreements, including Section 106 agreements, utility and highway agreements, and addressing challenges related to the Community Infrastructure LevyHandling issues related to easements, covenants and indemnity insuranceRepresenting banks and financial institutions on secured lending for development projects, covering acquisition, development finance and joint venture structuresEngaging with a broad network of professionals, such as architects, planning consultants, surveyors and accountants, to support the seamless progression of development projectsAbout YouTo thrive in this role, you will have:A qualified solicitor status with 5+ years of PQE in property law, ideally with experience in development transactionsStrong technical expertise in property development, planning and infrastructure mattersExceptional communication, negotiation and client management skillsThe ability to provide pragmatic, commercial advice under time-sensitive conditionsA proactive, solutions-focused mindset and excellent attention to detailWhat the Firm OffersA competitive salary and comprehensive benefits packageThe opportunity to work on landmark development projectsA collaborative and supportive team environment that prioritises professional growthExposure to a diverse client base, including developers, landowners, and financial institutionsFlexible working arrangements to support work-life balanceHow to ApplyIf you are a dedicated Property Development Solicitor looking to elevate your career within a market-leading team, G2 Legal would love to hear from you.
