You'll be joining an award-winning team, working with a roster of cool clients from global pharma giants to research institutes and everything in between.
If you're ready to flex your legal skills across IP licensing, clinical trials, and all the other exciting life sciences stuff, we need to talk.
What you'll be doing: ? Helping out with IP licensing and partnering deals (yep, the big stuff).
? Getting your hands dirty with clinical trial arrangements and research collaborations .
? Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts (think supply, manufacturing, promo).
? Protecting IP , dealing with regulatory issues , and making sure all things are compliant (no shortcuts).
? Handling data protection and doing due diligence for life sciences corporate transactions.
Basically, you'll be handling a mix of high-profile work.
What we need from you: 5+ years of experience as a Senior Commercial/IP Solicitor – preferably from a top law firm or in-house.
Passion for Life Sciences and an enthusiasm for getting stuck into a wide range of tasks (never a dull moment).
A commercial mindset that'll help you stay on top of complex issues.
A desire to work in a supportive, chill environment where you matter and your work-life balance is actually respected.
