Sanctuary provide in-house repairs and maintenance services for an extensive portfolio of properties across Sanctuary organisations.

Property Delivery Coordinator   Can be based anywhere in the Region but with a balance of home and office working   £26,982 – £28,402 per year   35 hours per week – Monday to Friday – 9:00am to 5:00pm   We have an opportunity for a Property Delivery Coordinator to join our Northern Regional Property Services team.
The main purpose of this role is to coordinate an efficient and comprehensive support and administrative service to the Property Services Senior Management team.
The role of Property Delivery Coordinator will include: Diary and email management for the Head of Service Supporting and managing complaints, escalations, complaints, displacements.
Attending Governance meetings and providing admin support Providing support to the wider team including Regional Operations Mangers and Assist Regional Operations Managers Arranging meetings, booking hotels and arranging travel   Skills and experiences: Business Admin qualification or relevant experience Proven experience of providing administrative support to senior management Excellent written and verbal communication skills Recent experience of undertaking a similar role Some experience of report writing and analysis Proficient user of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams Excellent organisation and customer care skills   Why work for us?
