Property Advisor

FinTech RS are currently supporting our client who are looking for Property/ Senior Property Advisors to join their team.
Our client are looking for someone in both their Inverurie and Banchory offices.
This is a full time office based role (9am-5:15pm).

Key duties of this role:
· Carrying out viewings across the region with prospective buyers, handling the prospective buyers enquiries and selling the wider services that the company offer
· Sell the advantages of the companies valuation service to potential sellers
· Obtain viewing feedback and communicate to clients
· Identify viewers specific property search requirements
· Cross sell properties, highlighting the properties main features and encourage viewings
· Identify other services that are relevant to the viewers situation and promote the benefits of using Aberdein Considine
· Assisting the property team within the office dealing with general property enquires

Requirements for this role:
· Previous experience as a Property Advisor or within Property/ Estate Agency is not essential but desirable
· Experience within sales is desired for this role
· A full, clean driving license is required for this role
· Strong communications skills and the ability to sell
· A confident and professional manner with clients
· Good time management, reliable and well presented
· The ability to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment
