Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee all aspects of our Network Build projects, both on-site and off-site.
The successful candidate will work closely with delivery teams, sub-contractors, and suppliers to ensure successful project execution from start to finish.
This role is critical in delivering high-quality projects on time, within budget, and in full compliance with all relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities: Project Delivery: Lead and manage all aspects of project delivery, ensuring the project meets or exceeds key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives.
Team Leadership: Provide clear direction to your project team, including sub-contractors, to ensure productivity, efficiency, and high-quality outputs.
Resource Planning: Determine the resource requirements for each project phase and allocate tasks and responsibilities accordingly.
Commercial Management: Take ownership of the project's financials, ensuring the project remains within budget and does not experience financial overrun.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve performance throughout the project lifecycle.
Skills and Experience Required: CSCS Card (essential).
Health & Safety Qualifications such as IOSH or NEBOSH (desirable).
In-depth knowledge of HSEQ regulations .
Proven ability in people management and strong leadership skills.
Significant experience in Telecommunications project management or a similar field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with teams, sub-contractors, and clients.
Strong commercial acumen and the ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
