Position: Project Manager
Location: Based in the Home Counties
Duration: Permanent
Salary: £55,000 to £60,000 subject to experience level plus car or allowance
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Mechanical Refurbishment or installation projects on commercial sites that could include high street retail, offices, supermarkets, schools, etc.
This position will be working on a number of large refurbishment projects that include the installation or replacement of Ventilation, LPHW Pipe Work, Renewables, and Air Conditioning.
The right person for this position will already be an experienced Project Manager. They need to have a strong mechanical background and understand the mechanics of the products that are being installed. It would be an advantage if this person has some experience in working on retail installation projects (mechanical).
