Elevation Recruitment are working with a leading provider of integrated security solutions, dedicated to ensuring safety and security through innovative technology and exceptional service.
They specialize in delivering complex security systems tailored to their clients' unique needs.
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead and manage the implementation of complex integrated security systems.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of security technologies and systems.
Key Responsibilities Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, and resource allocation.
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration among engineers, technicians, and external stakeholders to achieve project goals.
Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Build and maintain strong relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Monitor project progress and adapt plans as necessary to address challenges.
Budget Management: Prepare and manage project budgets.
Track expenses and ensure financial targets are met.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, meeting minutes, and change orders.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior management.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that all deliverables meet company standards and client expectations.
Oversee testing and commissioning of security systems.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field; PMP certification is a plus.
Proven experience managing complex projects in the security systems or technology sector.
Strong knowledge of integrated security technologies, including access control, CCTV, and alarm systems.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
