BELFAST PROJECT MANAGER ROLE £250 - £325/day (Umbrella) Until the end of the year (rolling) A Tier 1 Investment Bank is seeking a Project Manager to join their Markets Transformation Team.
The role will involve ensuring the management and organasation of data centric deliverables around the use of the asset classes (Rates, Commodities, FX & Equity).
Primary Responsibilities: Collaborate with Senior Transformation Leads and Business Analysts to coordinate deliverables within the overall program framework.
Take ownership of key project streams, ensuring actions and milestones are tracked and reported with precision.
Partner with Compliance and Business stakeholders to establish appropriate data entitlements for each user group and dataset.
Uphold a structured approach to data governance and access, maintaining critical controls and compliance standards.
Facilitate or participate in working groups, workshops, and stakeholder discussions to gather requirements, define project plans, and manage timelines.
Oversee internal and external dependencies across initiatives, engaging closely with Technology teams and Business stakeholders.
Identify potential challenges, proactively address or escalate risks and issues, and engage stakeholders and PMs for resolution.
Maintain regular engagement with senior stakeholders, escalating and resolving concerns promptly as they arise.
Contribute to the creation of clear and impactful project updates and materials, tailored for various forums and committees.
Foster strong collaborative relationships to ensure seamless program execution through a unified approach.
Key Skills Preffered: Knowledge of Derivatives across all asset classes (Rates, Equity, Commodity, FX) Experience with Regulatory intiatives (Volcker, FRTB, SACCR, Basel) Experience with Programs/Projects that cross different functions (Risk, Finance, Operations) McGregor Boyall is an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on any grounds.
