Senior Project Manager / Project Manager – Based in Belfast, Northern Ireland with International travel Our client is a prestigious interior fit-out contractor specialising in luxury hospitality projects.
With a strong commitment to innovation and excellence, they are actively seeking talented individuals to join their team in Northern Ireland, with a particularly interested in UK & Ireland based candidates who are ready for a new challenge and open to relocation.

Key Responsibilities Project Leadership: Lead and manage the successful delivery of complex fit-out projects, overseeing every phase from initiation to completion.

Team Management: Mentor and guide a team of professionals, fostering collaboration and ensuring optimal performance.

Design & Procurement: Collaborate closely with design teams to develop project concepts and manage procurement processes effectively.

Contract Management: Ensure all contractual obligations are met, while overseeing project budgets to maintain financial control.

Site Management: Oversee on-site activities, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and timely project delivery.

Reporting: Provide regular updates to the executive team on project progress, timelines, and financial performance.

Business Development: Assist in driving business development by identifying new opportunities and nurturing client relationships.

Business Travel: As projects are global, regular international travel to project sites will be required.

Candidate Requirements A minimum of 5 years' experience in project or contract management within the fit-out industry for Project Managers, and 10 years for Senior Project Managers.
A proven track record of successfully delivering high-end fit-out projects, particularly in luxury hospitality environments.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional organizational and time management capabilities.
Willingness to travel internationally as required.
