Project Administrator Salary: £25,157 per annum Contract: Interim, 4-5 months Location: Belfast City Centre About the Role A fantastic interim opportunity has arisen for an organised and proactive Project Administrator to join a dynamic team within a large public sector transformation programme.
As Project Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of complex and high-impact projects.
Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support, including diary management, minute-taking, and document preparation.
Assist with project controls and maintain project documentation.
Draft correspondence and reports, ensuring high standards of presentation and accuracy.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, fostering strong working relationships.
Utilise various software packages, including Word, Excel, and project management tools.
Essential Criteria: A minimum of 3 years of administrative experience, including document management and support functions, or equivalent qualifications.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Strong organisational skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
