Successful candidates will be required to work in a fast-paced picking and packaging environment with customer satisfaction as the heart of the objective.Working Hours:Monday – Friday, flexibility to work weekends at an enhanced rate.Day Shift – 7:00am - 4:00pm.Rates of pay:Standard pay rate: £12.00Saturday pay rate: £13.67Sunday pay rate: £20.70As a Production Operative your role will consist of various duties including but not limited to:• Picking and packing orders following a pick sheet in preparation for shipping• Quality checking products• Loading and unloading pallets and stock across the warehouse• Working on production conveyor belts in an efficient manner• Handling stock respectfully, with a high attention to detail• Heavy lifting may be involved for specific roles• Assisting with other duties as assigned by managementSkills and Attributes Required:• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team• Reliable and punctual• Attention to detail• Ability to work accurately and methodically• Flexible approach to duties, hours and tasks• Good understanding of customer deliverables and the impact of failure/cost of poor qualityIf this sounds like the opportunity you've been looking for, apply now and a member of the team will be in touch!
