****Permanent Opportunity***Full Time Role***Overtime at Premium Rates*** Triangle Recruitment, working in partnership with Supreme Concrete, (Part of Ibstock PLC), are looking to expand its current workforce due to an increase in work load to ensure the factory unit is run effectively and efficiently.
Starting salary is £12.38 p/h overtime £18.54 p/h (rising to £14.06 after successful completion of Training Programme) Full Training given with a 12 weeks On-boarding Programme The shifts are Monday to Friday- 07:00 - 16:30.
Overtime is available at Premium Rates (Weekends at Double Time) and a Quarterly Bonus Scheme, up to 5% of Basic Salary, is included!
Duties Include :- Pre-Assembly of Steel Rebar.
Removing and Stacking of Finished Concrete Products Machine Operating Working as Part of a Team Quality Checks Completing production Paperwork Also on offer is £100 Retention Bonus after 4 Weeks Continuous Service and a further £200 Retention Bonus after 12 Weeks Continuous Service (Subject to Satisfactory Attendance Levels) Please Note There is no Public Transport to get Candidates to site.
