Qualifications and Experience We're Looking For: Essential Skills: Proven experience in managing a fast-paced, complex production department.
Dynamic, hands-on leader with a track record of successful decision-making, problem-solving, and team-building.
Knowledge of GMP standards and experience with Lean methodologies or Six Sigma.
Skilled in computer systems, including production software.
Nice to Have: Higher education in a relevant field (e.g., Degree, HNC/HND).
Experience at a senior managerial level within a production setting.
Experience in electronic assembly or medical device production and knowledge of SAP.
