The product pricing and content lead has two primary roles.
First, to understand our products through a data lens.
This entails monitoring performance of products, segmenting the market, pricing analysis, and studying the competitive landscape.
This role will work hand-in-hand with Sales providing them key information on the market in which we operate.
This role is also responsible for curating content for the Janes customer portal homepage and for distributing product content to the Sales team, along with talking points around "what this content means for our customers.
This product manager role has significant commercial impact by making our content and products accessible to our Sales team and helping facilitate the pricing desk.
How you will contribute at Janes: · You will be responsible for driving product analytics and surfacing content relevant to our Sales team.
This includes: · Sizing the market for new and existing products.
· Identifying white and green space for current products · Document the competitive landscape · Pricing analysis related to customer migrations · Product code management and Sales Force product hygiene · Financial analysis of products to help prioritize investment · Usage analysis of products · Recommendations of product lifecycle changes · Maintain pricing documentation and discipline · Identify content for Janes customer portal homepage · Distribute key content to Janes Sales team along with talking points of why that content is relevant to Janes and highlights our unique value prop in the market.
