The Opportunity: Our Client is looking to bring onboard a dynamic and experienced Product Marketing Manager to join their team, where you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between their Product and Marketing teams, driving the success of one of their flagship products- 'Podium'.
This role would be an ideal fit for a seasoned SaaS marketing professional with experience in the maritime industry and a proven track record of delivering impactful results.
Responsibilities: Product Positioning and Messaging: Develop compelling positioning and messaging for Podium, highlighting their unique value propositions and differentiation in the market.
Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with Product Management and Marketing teams to develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases.
Market Research and Insights: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth.
Utilize insights to inform product development and marketing initiatives.
Sales Enablement: Create sales enablement materials, including presentations, case studies, and sales collateral, to support the sales team in effectively communicating the value of the products to prospects and customers.
Campaign Support: Work closely with Business Unit Marketing Leads to provide insights, targeting strategies, and messaging support for marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Content Development: Develop engaging and high-quality content, such as blog posts, whitepapers, and webinars, to educate the market and drive awareness and adoption of their products.
Customer Advocacy: Cultivate relationships with customers, gather feedback, and leverage customer success stories and testimonials to drive advocacy and customer retention.
Performance Tracking and Optimization: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product marketing initiatives and campaigns.
Analyse data to identify areas for optimization and improvement.
Requirements Required Skills: Solid number of years experience in SaaS product marketing, preferably in the technology/software industry.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies for SaaS products.
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data and insights into actionable strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience working remotely and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to travel on occasion (with notice).
Additional Skills: (Nice to have skills which are not mandatory) Experience in the maritime technology industry would be a plus but not mandatory.
Education/ Certifications:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Travel Requirements: Up to 10% travel may be required.
