The Role: We are offering a Job Share Opportunity for a Product Developer to join our dynamic team in Wisbech.
This unique role is perfect for an experienced product developer who is looking for a flexible working arrangement while contributing to exciting new product innovations.
As a Product Developer, you'll work with cross-functional teams to develop new food products from concept through to launch, ensuring every product meets our high standards of quality and flavor.
Key Responsibilities:Lead the creation and development of new product concepts, recipes, and formulations, ensuring they align with both customer expectations and Greencore's standards.Work closely with colleagues in technical, commercial, and operational teams to deliver on product goals from ideation through to launch.Attend meetings with customers, presenting new ideas, prototypes, and gathering feedback to fine-tune product offerings.Keep up with industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor products to ensure our offerings are competitive and innovative.Ensure all products meet regulatory, safety, and quality standards, adhering to Greencore and customer guidelines.Who We're Looking For:Previous experience in food product development, ideally within the FMCG or food manufacturing sector.A natural innovator who enjoys creating high-quality food products and can think outside the box.Strong presentation skills and an ability to work collaboratively with both internal teams and external customers.Ability to ensure all aspects of the product meet Greencore's standards and customer requirements.Why Join Greencore?
