So, this means you'll have plenty of support and a wealth of knowledge to help you succeed.You'll be part of a marketing team of 4, who all manage their own portfolios.
You'll get to collaborate and share ideas across the team, but still make the decisions when it comes to all things arable and maize.You'll be working with different teams across UK and Europe to create and maintain a strong portfolio of arable and maize crop protection products.The 4P's of marketing will be your focus.Product.

You'll be able to support the wider team with crop campaigns, specific to industry and customer needs.You'll get to work with and educate the sales team on all of the above.

You'll want to use your knowledge and play a part in supporting them.Communication is a big part of the role.
You'll be working heavily with internal stakeholders across departments and countries, but also with agronomists, PR consultants and more.You might come from a portfolio background.
You might come from an arable and maize crop protection background.
