Private Sector Housing Officer

Are you a Private Sector Housing Officer looking for a hybrid opportunity?
An East Sussex based Local Authority are looking for an experienced Officer to join their team.
With a competitive pay rate of £42-£45 an hour, this initial 3-month contract will be a mixture of both home working, and being in the borough to complete inspections under The Housing Act 2004.
You'll need to have experience in: Conducting HHSRS inspections and calculations Conducting HMO inspections and enforcing notices where necessary Attending tribunals and court hearings when required Managing a caseload / backlog of inspections Extensive knowledge of how to investigate damp and mould issues If you'd like to hear more about this role, then please call me on (phone number removed), or send an email to (url removed)!
