PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Solicitor to join a well-established and supportive team in Birmingham.
This company is renowned for its client-focused approach and commitment to professional development, making it an ideal environment for ambitious legal professionals.
The role of Private Client Solicitor offers the chance to work on a diverse caseload, including Wills, Powers of Attorney, Probate, and Estate Planning matters, all while benefiting from strong centralised support and opportunities for career advancement.
**Responsibilities Included** - Handling a mixed caseload of wills, estate administration, and Power of Attorney matters.
- Providing comprehensive advice on all aspects of a client's needs, collaborating with other teams within the firm as necessary.
- Drafting legal documents, including Wills, Declarations of Trusts, and Deeds of Variation.
- Developing expertise in Estate and Tax Planning advice, with a willingness to grow in this area.
- Managing own caseload confidently while ensuring high standards of client service.
**Skills and Attributes** - Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 3-5+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
- Strong drafting and advisory skills, with competence in IT and case management systems.
- Positive and enabling approach to problem-solving, with an appreciation for risk management.
- Ability to work flexibly across a multi-skilled team and carry a personal caseload.
- Membership of STEP or SFE is beneficial but not essential.
