Corporate Senior Associate

I am looking for an ambitious and experienced Corporate Solicitor to join the highly regarded department of a Top 100 firm in their Birmingham office.
My client are looking to add a lawyer to the team to hit the ground running with their own varied caseload, and work alongside fellow senior associates and partners on the most complex cases.I am looking for someone who is capable of handling a varied and high value caseload, work well within a team, and be able to assist more junior solicitors with their own development.Candidates will have a breadth of experience dealing with corporate matters including but not limited to:Corporate DisputesMergers & AcquisitionsShareholder AgreementsConsultancy and Partnership AgreementsThis is an ideal role for a Corporate Lawyer looking for fantastic career progression opportunities whilst also having access to high quality matters.
The successful candidate will be between 5-10 years PQE.Salary: £70,000 - £95,000 depending on experienceFlexible working arrangements available
