Legal Officer - 3 months - Full Time - Hybrid - Immediate start Yolk Recruitment Public Sector and Not-for-Profit is proud to be working with a trade union with a membership of over half a million nurses, midwives, nursing support workers and students, to appoint a Legal Officer for a 3 month opportunity.
Key Responsibilities: What the Legal Officer will be doing:- Provide legal advice to individuals Represent individuals at employment tribunals.
What the Legal Officer will bring to the team:- Qualified Barrister or Chartered Legal Executive Have the ability to draft pleadings and legal documents Excellent communication, written and presentation skills Ability to maintain the highest professional standards whilst working within tight timescales - Excellent time management skills and the ability to work to deadlines Benefits: Work from home with the occasional need to travel £26.23 per hour Monday - Friday with no weekends If you think this one's for you: If you have the a legal background and capable of providing advice and have tribunal experience I would like to hear from you Yolk Public Sector & Not-for-Profit team works with organisations across the UK to fulfil their recruitment needs and to achieve their D&I objectives.
