Due to continued growth, they are now expanding, and looking to recruit an ambitious, bright and energetic lawyer who wants to be part of the team.
You will work alongside a partner who will provide ongoing training and support - within a role which will mentor and guide you towards senior associateship.
The team also recognises the need for longer-term succession within the partnership so they'd like to recruit a lawyer who ultimately has ambitions for partnership down the line.
Work within the team includes taking instructions and preparation of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Declarations of Trust, Administration of Estates, succession planning, inheritance tax and capital gains tax mitigation planning, creation, administration and winding up of trusts.
