Programme Test Manager – Watford - £80k - Hybrid (3 days a week in the office)
La Fosse is hiring a Programme Test Manager to partner with a rapidly growing digital client.
The role focuses on overseeing testing across high-traffic digital platforms, retail systems, service delivery operations, and data solutions.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing large-scale QA functions in dynamic, fast-paced, and medium-to-large organizations.

You will be reporting into the Head of QA and leading across the following areas:
Test Resource Management: Demand and Capacity Planning Implementation of tooling to support resource allocation forecasting Portfolio Tracking: Working with technology product functions and the wider business stakeholders shaping the service offerings of test/ QA to support the delivery of portfolio work Experience of cultivating a high performing test/QA team Vendor Management Apply resource estimation methodology at key Project Gates with known levels of tolerance Final meeting with Head of QA and CTO
Compensation:
£80K + Discretionary bonus + Private medical insurance
