With over 15 years of experience and a portfolio of 300 GW in renewable energy and 30 GWh in energy storage worldwide, the firm brings extensive expertise to the partnership.
Key responsibilities: Lead technical due diligence projects Review technology and design aspects of renewable energy projects (onshore wind) Provide technical feedback on project planning for renewable energy initiatives Evaluate interconnection agreements, power purchase agreements, balance of plant (BoP) and wind turbine contracts, operation and maintenance (O&M) agreements, and financial models Verify energy resource and yield assessments (prepared by in-house Wind Resource and Yield teams) Conduct site inspections Refine and update methodologies and internal procedures Ensure the quality and accuracy of project deliverables Mentor junior engineers on company standards, procedures, and industry best practices Manage project timelines and client expectations Contribute to developing strategies for business growth Drive business development and expand the client network in the UK, Republic of Ireland, and Northern Europe Work independently with a proactive approach.
Qualifications: BSc / MSc degree in mechanical, electrical, or civil engineering or related field Work experience in engineering consulting of more than 5 years Proven track record of managing complex projects, with a strong focus on technical excellence, client satisfaction and commercial success Deep knowledge of the scope for a technical due diligence (wind project) Experience with greenfield and operational projects Ability to develop and implement company´s strategy in the UK Capable to undertake business development activities (existing client network in the UK will be valued)
