Job Description Principal Psychologist Salary : Up to £70,000 DOE (pro rata) Part-Time Hours An incredible opportunity awaits for a skilled Principal Psychologist specialising in neurorehabilitation.
Our client, a leading brain injury charity, seeks an experienced professional to lead an outstanding team.
This role is essential in transforming lives through expert neuropsychological care and innovative rehabilitation.
You'll lead a multi-disciplinary team in delivering individualized care that empowers individuals with acquired brain injuries (ABI) to rebuild their lives with dignity, privacy, and respect.
About You We're looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate leader with a deep commitment to advancing neuropsychological care and support.
Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (or equivalent), accredited by the BPS.
Registration with the HCPC Strong experience in neurorehabilitation, with a solid understanding of neuropsychology.
Skilled in interpreting complex clinical information and translating insights into effective team strategies.
Experience in administering and interpreting a range of psychometric assessments.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, adept at handling complex, sensitive topics.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with a demonstrated ability in clinical research or audits to drive service excellence.

Key Responsibilities Lead Neurorehabilitation : Drive high-quality, evidence-based neuropsychological rehabilitation.
Specialist Psychological Assessments : Conduct assessments using neuropsychological tools, self-report scales, structured observations, and interviews.
Individualized Treatment Planning : Design and implement specialized treatment plans for mental health and adjustment, informed by a comprehensive psychological framework.
Multidisciplinary Collaboration : Provide expert guidance for therapeutic interventions and oversee implementation across teams.
Risk Assessment & Management : Perform and manage risk assessments, advising the team on best practices.
Clinical Team Leadership : Support service and regional managers and contribute to planning and development to enhance service quality.
Strategic Participation : Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings to shape clinical services and drive continuous improvement.
