As the Education Principal you will lead the team, drive quality, and ensure a positive learning experience for the children at Werrington. You will work alongside the Governor and the Youth Custody Service (YCS) contracts team to develop an innovative, quality first curriculum.What we are looking forTo get the most out of this opportunity you should have recent and relevant Leadership experience in a similar type of role along with a passion and commitment to always do your best.You will have QTS/QTLS as well as evidence of continuous professional development and have a relevant degree.
