Role Overview: The Lead Consultant will play a pivotal role in driving TRG's growth by taking ownership of a key recruitment division.
This role combines leadership, business development, and delivery responsibilities, making it ideal for a driven, entrepreneurial recruiter looking to progress their career.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and inspire a team of consultants, fostering a high-performance culture.
Provide training, guidance, and support to junior team members.
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within Renewable Energy, Sustainability, Construction, Engineering, and STEM sectors .
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
Negotiate terms of business agreements and close high-value deals.
Candidate Engagement: Source, qualify, and place top talent within niche markets.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future opportunities.
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute recruitment strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Contribute to TRG's overall business strategy and growth plans.
Requirements: Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within Renewable Energy, Sustainability, Construction, Engineering, or STEM sectors.
Strong track record of billings and business development.
Leadership experience or a clear desire to step into a leadership role.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven attitude.
What We Offer: Competitive salary of £40,000 - £45,000, plus equity from the start.
