Principle Business Change and Transformation Consultant Strategy+ is AECOM's Management Consultancy team.
Strategy+ operates Globally and assists clients to make sense of complexity, articulate their challenges and deliver solutions that improve their performance.
Drawing on the vast expertise of AECOM's capabilities, S+ crafts innovative approaches and offers guidance in planning and executing transformational changes.
We are recruiting a Principal Business Change & Transformation Consultant to join the UK and Ireland team.
The Principal Consultant leads major client engagements, providing expert advice and guidance to drive strategic initiatives and deliver measurable value.
This role involves working with leaders and Execs to design and oversee the implementation of tailored change and transformation solutions that deliver desired short- and long-term objectives and outcomes.
As a Principal Consultant within the Strategy+ team you will be leading pieces of work, fully accountable for delivering to quality and cost agreements.
Depending on size and scale of the clients ambition you could be the sole lead, leading a bigger delivery team, or working as part of a larger multi-skilled team.
Here's what you'll do: Invest time with clients to listen well, understanding their needs and existing operations.
Build strong trusting relationships with relevant stakeholders that enable you to provide expert Change and Transformation advice, insight and challenge.
Plan and deliver strategic change and transformation initiatives that achieve desire business or behaviour change outcomes.
Monitor progress and adjust approach as needed to ensure success.
Produce and present information to the highest quality.

Qualifications Here's what we are looking for: Emotionally intelligent and self-aware of your behaviours in different situations.
Well prepared, but also able to pivot and adapt in complex, uncertain, or ambiguity scenarios.
A leader in your profession, evidenced when you are responsible for delivery, but also when you are working as part of a wider collaborative team.
A systems thinker, able to make sense of complexity by seeing and understanding problems at an interconnected macro scale.
A good communicator and narrator, able to commit your ideas in text and speech An experienced facilitator of stakeholders.
Where you encounter conflicting perspectives or priorities you can adapt to ensure you still gain insights, consensus or action.
A mentor to your colleagues enhancing the wider team's knowledge of change and transformation approaches to build a resilient skill base and culture of continuous learning.
A proficient internal and external networker identifying and pursuing opportunities for the growth of Strategy+.
Experience Certified practitioner through PROSCI or APMG or membership of relevant professional body.
Demonstrable experience leading complex change and/or transformation at scale and pace within a consultancy or inhouse team.
Sector experience in infrastructure, specifically aviation, rail, defence, energy, water or highways sectors would be desirable, but is not mandatory.
