What You'll Be Doing as Key Stage 2 Teacher: Delivering high-quality, engaging lessons to KS2 students, ensuring all children have the opportunity to succeed.
Planning and preparing lessons that meet the diverse needs of the students in your class.
Managing the classroom effectively to foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
Assessing and monitoring student progress, providing feedback to support their academic development.
Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and support staff to ensure the best outcomes for students.
Encouraging and promoting the social, emotional, and personal development of all students.
The ideal Key Stage 2 Teacher has: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
Experience teaching Key Stage 2 (KS2) students.
A passionate and creative approach to teaching with the ability to inspire and engage young learners.
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive, respectful environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A commitment to supporting students' overall development and wellbeing.
