GSL Education is excited to offer a rewarding opportunity for a Primary Teacher to join a respected school in Hampshire.
This full-time, permanent role, starting in January 2025, is perfect for a teacher committed to nurturing young learners and helping them reach their full potential.
Experience with Special Educational Needs (SEN) is an advantage, and a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is required.
About the Role As a Primary Teacher, you will create engaging, curriculum-driven lessons that inspire and motivate students.
Collaborating with colleagues and parents, you will contribute to a supportive learning environment tailored to the diverse needs of all pupils, including those with SEN.
Your role will be pivotal in nurturing the academic, social, and emotional development of your students while fostering a love for learning.
Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver dynamic, curriculum-based lessons that engage students.
Adapt teaching methods to support learners of all abilities, including SEN students.
Cultivate an inclusive, supportive classroom environment where every child feels valued.
Monitor and assess student progress, offering constructive feedback for improvement.
Work collaboratively with staff, support teams, and parents to ensure the best outcomes for students.
Maintain positive classroom behavior and serve as a role model for students.
Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to school-wide projects.
What You'll Need Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
Prior experience teaching in a primary school setting.
Experience working with SEN pupils is desirable.
Strong classroom management and communication skills.
Passion for engaging and inspiring young learners.
A proactive and positive approach to teaching and overcoming challenges.
Availability to begin in January 2025 and work full-time.
