Classroom Teacher Location:  Chalfont Valley Salary:  £37,141 - £41,870 (Fringe)  Department:  Key Stage 1  Job Type:  Full Time This fixed-term position will begin in  January 2025  until  December 2025 .
Teaching Personnel have an exiting opportunity to work with an outstanding school based in Chalfont Valley.
The school are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic year 1 class room teacher.
Key responsibilities: Set challenging teaching and learning objectives which are relevant to all students in your classes   Apply a range of teaching strategies to deliver learning objectives and incorporate inclusive strategies that meet the needs of all learners Mark and monitor students' class work and homework/independent learning within agreed deadlines to provide constructive feedback and opportunities for reflection to learners on their attainment, progress and areas for development  Promote positive relationships between members of the whole Academy community, including developing strong supportive relationships with parents and carers.
