Pre-Construction Manager (M&E)

A leading M&E Building Services Company at the forefront of the data centre sector currently has an opportunity for a Pre-Construction Manager (preferably electrically biased) to join its team.
Our client offers a full 'cradle to grave' package and works with both public and high-profile private companies. They have a great reputation in the industry and enjoy a high volume of repeat business from some well-known, global blue chip clients.
Owing to their continued success and growth, they require a Pre-Construction Manager to join their team. The successful candidate must be a good communicator, used to liaising with clients, contractors, and senior staff members at regular meetings.
You will have a building services background, ideally in a similar role or alternatively as a Senior Project Manager or Contracts Manager.
You must ensure all tenders are submitted adhering to company regulations and be present at all tender meetings. You will ensure client satisfaction and maximum margin gain for the company.
