Pre-Construction Manager

We are currently looking to recruit a Pre-Construction Manager for large Heat network energy infrastructure projects in the UK.
This is a permanent role reporting into the Head of Delivery and will require both site presence and remote project organisation and management.
You will be working for the client and will be responsible for all of the pre-construction activity including project set-up, design coordination and pre-construction project management.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years pre delivery/pre-construction project management experience Experience working on district heating/heat network construction projects or large energy infrastructure construction projects Experience managing a project through all key milestones including contractual, commercial, legal, sub-contractor selection, design coordination.
The ability and experience to work both on-site and remotely to manage the day to day of all pre-construction activities Strong organisational skills and methodology to manage the phases of the project in order to keep it to specification, to budget and on time experience managing sub-contractors experience managing and communicating with stakeholders If you are interested in this role then please do not hesitate to apply and we will be in touch shortly to discuss further.
