Job summary An opportunity has arisen at Friary House Surgery for a practice nurse with ideally, diabetes and/or respiratory experience, to join our friendly team of nurses who serve a community of 12700+ patients.
This role is advertised as full time hours although there may be room for negotiation.
Main duties of the job The successful applicant will be involved with a full range of treatment room duties and management of long-term conditions.
This is an exciting proposition for the right candidate to work with a forward thinking and dynamic team.
The successful candidate will provide assessment, treatment, screening, health education services and advice to patients on general health with support and guidance from our experienced team of 4 GPs, 6 Clinical Practitioners and nursing team.
About us In addition to the clinical and medical practitioners we are supported by a pharmacy team, counsellors, podiatry team, mental health team and physiotherapists and administrators and receptionists.
