We work collaboratively with individuals, families, and other professionals to ensure each person we support leads a fulfilling, dignified, and enriched life.Role Overview:As a Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in improving the lives of individuals by assessing behavioural needs, creating and implementing tailored support plans, and coaching others on best practices.
You'll work directly with individuals and their support networks, using PBS approaches to foster positive change and promote independence.Key Responsibilities of the Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner role Conduct assessments to understand the individual's behavioural needsDevelop, implement, and review personalised support plans in collaboration with the individual, their family, and other stakeholdersTrain and coach staff and family members in positive behaviour support techniquesWork flexibly across multiple locations within Bristol, South Gloucestershire, and North Somerset, with travel mileage reimbursedMonitor, evaluate, and adapt interventions to ensure continued progress and satisfaction Requirements of the Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner role Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicleExperience in a similar role, ideally within the social care or health sectorExperience with Young People and Adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism Strong understanding of PBS principles and person-centred approachesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills Benefits package for the Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner role £, per annum + mileage reimbursementMileage reimbursement for travel within designated regionsProfessional development and training opportunitiesA supportive, collaborative working environment If you're passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of others and want to be part of a committed and compassionate team, we'd love to hear from you!For more details on this fantastic opportunity, please call John on or Ref : PBS/Bristol/INDLD
