Key Responsibilities: As an SEN Learning Support Assistant, you will: • Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with special educational needs.
• Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering tailored lessons.
• Create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
• Help students with their academic and social development.
