Training Officer - Plumbing Salary: Up to £37,000 per annum (dependent on experience) Location: Home-based with travel across London Contract: Full-time, permanent Are you a qualified Plumbing Onsite Assessor or Training Officer?

The Role As a Plumbing Training Officer, you'll: Deliver high-quality theoretical and practical training in Plumbing and Gas at Level 3 and above.
Support apprentices from diverse backgrounds, helping them develop their skills and achieve their qualifications.
Act as a mentor, guiding individuals through their learning journey while celebrating their progress and success.
Promote the centre's activities and maintain strong links with the industry.
Ensure apprentices' safety and welfare, providing a positive and supportive learning environment.

What We're Looking For Essential Qualifications: Assessor qualifications (e.g., TAQA, A1, A2, D32).
NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing or equivalent.
Desirable Skills and Experience: Experience with government training schemes and NVQs.
Teaching qualification (e.g., PTLLS, CTLLS, DTLLS, PGCE, Cert Ed).
Strong IT, administrative, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of the latest industry practices and technologies.
Attributes: Passion for teaching and mentoring.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Commitment to apprentice safety, quality training, and continuous improvement.
