Reporting to a Maintenance Supervisor you will be working as a Plasterer and will deliver a high standard of works whilst stringently adhering to all policies, procedures, processes, controls, systems, required training and record keeping.
You will ensure that we operate in a safe, customer centric, environmentally ethical, and accountable way and maximise your first time fix rate. What you will be doing: · Responsible for adhering to all systems, policies, procedures, processes, documentation, and record keeping requirements in relation to SHEQ, fleet and tools · Responsible for delivering a positive experience for our customers whilst working within their homes, achieving a high-level of first-time fix · Responsible for applying your technical knowledge, skills, and training to complete the repairs assigned to you in a safe, efficient manner · You will strive to improve your first-time fix rate, by maintaining adequate approved van stock levels · To undertake additional duties commensurate with the level of this role as required We'd love to meet someone with: · A strong, demonstrable commitment to excellence in customer service · Excellent knowledge of plastering and associated tasks within a domestic home and communal areas, with proven experience is diagnosing, repairing, and resolving issues · NVQ level 2 or higher in Plastering/Wet trades, or similar · Full clean driving licence · Good and relevant health and safety knowledge · An organised approach to work, self-motivated, with a positive attitude and able to manage time effectively and efficiently Amongst what we offer you is: · A competitive salary · 28 days holiday PLUS Bank Holidays (rising to 33 days plus bank holidays with length of service) · A generous contributory pension scheme · Enhanced family leave · Private health care · Free life assurance · Access to an extensive suite of wellbeing services and tools including a digital gym · Opportunities for learning and development · Discounted gym membership · Retail discount scheme Please note the successful candidate will need to complete a basic DBS application.
