Business Development Manager

I am working exclusively with a leading and progressive organisation, who provide top quality and tailored Mental Health services to adults.
The ideal candidate will have experience in developing businesses of a similar nature, with specific knowledge of public sector contracts.
This candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with key stakeholders to build new business for the company.
You will be focused and have strong communication skills.
My client are seeking someone who should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
Salary - £50,000 - £55,000 per annum with uncapped, clear bonus structure Hybrid working, commutable to Bedford and the surrounding areas Life Assurance Bupa Healthcare Development Opportunities Responsibilities Identify partnership opportunities Complete Bids & Tenders Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expansion plans Seek and obtain new contracts to increase occupancy in new and existing services Maintain existing business and ensure adherence to contractual obligations Work with the wider business to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of successful contracts Qualifications Prior experience in a Development position, ideally within Mental Health Experience of working with the NHS and winning contracts Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies Focused and goal-oriented
