The Opportunity: As an Asphalt Plant Operator you will be at the forefront of our operations ensuring the production of highquality asphalt while maintaining the highest standards of health and safety sustainability and efficiency. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fastpaced environment and is eager to contribute to our mission of building a sustainable future.

Requirements Your Role: Mixing Operations: Conduct asphalt mixing to meet BSI:9001 specifications. Perform prestart inspections using our digital system. Identify record and report any defective equipment. Assist maintenance teams in monitoring and maintaining equipment. Utilize control systems for fixed plant operations. Loading Shovel Operations: Complete and record prestart inspections. Report defective equipment promptly. Monitor aggregate stock levels and feed materials into the plant. Drive safely according to site transport plans. Operate machinery efficiently to minimize costs and environmental impact. Weighbridge Operations: Manage vehicle loading using the control system. Schedule materials for production. Enter data into our internal management system. Ensure vehicle compliance with safety plans. Handle phone calls to and from order offices.
