Plant & Construction Machinery Sales Manager

Job Function: To continue the development of our plant and construction division, by growing sales, increasing the customer base, developing marketing plans, managing inventory, developing and deploying a growth strategy.
Essential Duties: Create and maintain relationships with plant and construction (P&C) machinery users.
Develop a department vision, strategy and marketing campaigns to build this area of the business and achieve annual sales targets Arrange demonstrations with customers and the demonstration team Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimum levels of stock Maintain an awareness of the value of new and used equipment including competitors' Use CRM to log all enquiries, opportunities and contacts Assist with open days and regional shows Skills and Experience: A self-motivated and passionate individual that loves selling but also developing and growing departments and implementing strategies.
