What does this Planning & Infrastructure Solicitor job entail?
This team advises on a huge array of matters concerning government legislation and infrastructure, including the strategization of bills and regulations, as well as parliamentary procedures, briefings, and presentations.
You'll cover the whole spectrum of parliamentary legal matters, including drafting, promoting, opposing, and advising on legislation, as well as negotiating with objectors and much more.

No two days will be the same as you will act both for and against claimants in respect of some of the leading railway and harbour schemes in the UK, acting for charities, private companies, government departments, various public bodies, and more.
For this Planning & Infrastructure Solicitor role, you will ideally have: Up to 4 years of post-qualification experience, Experience with matters relating to infrastructure/planning/public planning, An interest in legal research and a keen eye for detail, as this role requires interpretation of historical parliamentary legislation.
