Role Working closely with creative, client services, and digital, you'll ensure the agency's creative output is always as relevant as it is effective. By applying your intellect, research, and intuition, you will decode culture, category, and people to provide inspirational and robust insight to your creative colleagues and a compelling case to your colleagues. You will especially pinpoint the role for communications in solving business problems.
Having mastered the core craft skills, you will have progressed to cultivating your own strategic style in terms of thinking, presenting, and ultimately communication.
Essentially, we are looking for someone with good all-around experience with the ability to develop solutions across corporate, B2C, and B2B brands.
In a nutshell: You'll be the indispensable strategic partner on your accounts. You'll help to mentor less experienced colleagues. You can lead pitches and help to drive new business. You'll demonstrate leadership skills.
