We have an exciting opportunity for a Planner to join our team in the delivery of expert project, program, and portfolio support to UK Nuclear Waste Services (NWS), part of the UK's Nuclear Decommissioning Authority (NDA).
KBR coordinates work across the Geological Disposal Facility program of work within NWS, including project management, communication and community engagement support, technical design, and digital and transformation strategy development.

Enthusiastic teams work together across disciplines — including organizational transformation and integration, systems engineering, and program management — to deliver full life cycle solutions from concept through to operations and decommissioning.
You will be accountable for developing, coordinating, and implementing plans and schedules for various projects in accordance with company policies and procedures. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met within established timelines and budgets.
What We Need We are looking for sound knowledge of the engineering and commercial aspects of major projects from a highly regulated background. Project Planning and Scheduling experience is essential.
We need to see:
An understanding of project management methodologies and tools. The ability to effectively monitor and analyze progress, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions. Knowledge of Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Office365. This position is hybrid with an office base in Oxfordshire, UK.
