Planner

We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Bromley to assist with the appointment of a  Planner , on a 6.5-month contract , highly likely to be extended at clients discretion.

Rate of Pay : £20.30 - £26.05 per hour Responsibilities: Handle all types of planning and planning related applications for consent, permission and approval.
Present the Councils case at appeal in written representations, informal hearings and local inquiries.
Attend Plans Sub Committee and delegation meetings to assist in the determination of applications.
Investigate and report on alleged breaches of planning control.
Attend in Court and represent the Councils position as required.
Qualifications: MRTPI or related degree.
Experience: Experience of working in planning.
