Piano Marketing Specialist

Yamaha Music Europe (UK) is on the look out for a passionate and innovative Product Specialist to join our UK Marketing team!

This role requires a degree of flexibility, which includes travelling around the UK and occasionally visiting our Yamaha Music offices across Europe.
You will be part of a motivated marketing team, where you will be required to attend the Milton Keynes office, three days a week and work two days from home under the hybrid model.

Key Responsibilities: ·       Working with the Business development managers to report on the Dealer Activity and Return on investment.

·       Working with our Dealer network to ensure marketing activity and potential sales are maximized, including regular Marketing meetings.

·       Work closely with key stakeholders including Marketing Director, Sales Teams, and the internal teams with all actions and progress, gaining feedback insights.

·       Service local UK Artist Rosta including Artist Requests, instrument placement, promotion opportunities, brand presence.

·       Implement product launches into the Dealer Sales Channel, ensuring Sales & Marketing activity is aligned.
This includes supporting Dealer Marketing actions, Web Content, Video, Displays, Demo's etc.

·       Support internal and external staff with in-depth product knowledge through regular training sessions and circulation of product information.

·       Develop the marketing strategy to generate sales across all relevant market sectors with clear calls to action.

·       Identify or review any new opportunities in alignment with HQ.

·       Support global international Artist requirements as requested by other areas and ensure promotional opportunity is optimized.

·       Responsible for planning, controlling and reporting the marketing promotional budget for the UK.

·       Monitor the UK market, including competitor activity, in order to identify changes and opportunities and adapt Yamaha strategies accordingly.

·       Support our European colleagues through the sharing of best practice and proactive communication
·       Work alongside the Digital Marketing Specialist to ensure all Marketing Activity has optimised Digital Reach.

·       Plan physical event activity for selected products including shows, exhibitions, demo's, instore events etc.
This includes content, style, layout, timing, targets and measurables.

·       Implement brief events and attend where appropriate.

·       Responsible for controlling Marketing spend, ensuring projects are managed efficiently and budgets adhered to.

·       Responsible for the control of all Loan Stock, ensuring they are handled efficiently, within budget with no overdue cases.

·       Responsible for the control of all FOC, ensuring they are within budget and ROI is maximized and reported.

·       Create an annual key dealer account marketing plan.

Qualifications desirable but not essential: 1-3 years' of marketing experience BS/BA in Marketing or a related field of study Excellent writing and communication skills If you're excited about shaping the future of music marketing, we want to hear from you!
