Job summary Are you a dedicated Physiotherapist passionate abouttransforming lives through innovative rehabilitation and personalised care?Stockport NHS Foundation Trust are looking for a dedicatedPhysiotherapist to join the therapies team at Stepping Hill Inpatients wardworking as part of the rotationalscheme in one of the following specialities: including Urgent Care, CriticalCare, Surgical Wards and Speciality Medical Wards, Community Neuro, AdultCommunity Therapy, MSK Physiotherapy Outpatients, Inpatient Stroke team,Frailty, Discharge to Assess and Acute medical Unit.

Main duties of the job To perform advanced holistic triage and assessment of patients with multi-system symptom presentation associated with complex physical, emotional and psychological health To develop and deliver an individualised treatment programme To ensure patient care and planned therapeutic interventions are supported by available evidence base and experiential knowledge, and are in accordance with Code of Professional conduct.
