Specialising in neurological care for individuals aged 18 and over, the service provides person-centred care that promotes independence, optimises health, and supports both emotional and social wellbeing.

The ideal candidate will have: Qualifications: Diploma or BSc in Physiotherapy.
Registration: Active HCPC registration Skills and Knowledge: Experience with evidence-based practices, clinical reasoning, and outcome measurement.
Independence: Ability to work autonomously, prioritise tasks, and support others in setting priorities.
Risk Management: Confidence in assessing and managing physical performance risks.

Care Planning: Collaborating with families and carers to integrate physiotherapy interventions into overall care plans.
Clinical Practice Enhancement: Encouraging service user choice, suggesting improvements, and ensuring open communication for feedback.
Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Working alongside health and social care professionals to coordinate effective physiotherapy delivery.
Equipment Management: Overseeing the prescription, provision, and maintenance of physiotherapy equipment.
Documentation: Maintaining secure, up-to-date records in line with professional standards.
Leadership and Knowledge Sharing: Demonstrating clinical leadership through supervision and sharing expertise with colleagues.
